UEFA banned Kazakhstan's Ordabasy FC from participating in European Cups during the 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 seasons over non-complying with "fair-play" rules.
BAKU.NEWS informs, if the club proves repayment of its debts (until September 30) as of January 30, 2020, it will get rid of the penalty. The team was also fined 100,000 euros.
UEFA also fined Slovenia's Olimpija Ljubljana FC and Serbian Crvena Zvezda FC 75 and 50 thousand euros, respectively, for the same reason.
Notably, the head coach of Ordabasy is Kakhaber Tskhadadze, who managed former Inter FC (now Keshla FC) in 2009-2015.
