1763 appeals were received by the Call Center of the Ministry of Energy in January-December of 2019.
The appeals mainly covered issues related to electricity and gas supply. 798 of them were related to power supply, 476 to gas supply, 75 to installation of electric and gas meters, 13 to connection to the central heating system and 160 to other issues.241 incoming calls made up gratitude calls for solving the problems.
During this period, the call center received 191 calls related to gas leak and carbon monoxide from the Ministry of Emergency Situations. These calls were forwarded operatively to “Azerigaz” PU hotline numbers and information was given about the situation.
All calls received by Call Center were answered promptly. The complaints and appeals, which need to be investigated, have been sent to the relevant structural units of the ministry, and individuals, who appeal to the Call Center, were answered about the results of investigations.
