The number of people who recovered from the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has risen to 2,508,291 worldwide.
The recovery rate is growing up in all countries, BAKU.NEWS says citing foreign media.
The most recoveries are in the US, with a total count of 490,130. Spain is next on the list (196,958), which is followed by Brazil (166,647).
The number of people cured of the virus is 162,800 in Germany, 150,993 in Russia, 147,101 in Italy, 122,793 in Turkey, 111,176 in Iran, 78,288 in China and 67, 753 in India.
The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) emerged in late 2019 in China’s Hubei province, and the virus has spread to 212 countries and territories since then.
To date, COVID-19 cases surpassed 5,909,000 globally, resulting in more than over 362,000 deaths.
On February 11, the WHO officially named the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) as COVID-19, and on March 11, declared it a pandemic.
